Ready to Work Project
Every young person deserves the skills and support to build a career they can be proud of. Our Ready to Work Project is a three-month administrative skills training program designed to prepare youth, with a special focus on young women, for meaningful employment.
Participants develop practical skills in office software, communication, organization, and workplace professionalism, helping them build the confidence and readiness needed to succeed in the workforce.
At YECO Canada, Ready to Work helps young people build skills, gain confidence, and take a strong first step toward a stable and fulfilling career.

The Settlement Support for Youth project aims to help newcomers integrate successfully into their new communities. This initiative addresses language barriers, cultural adjustment, academic integration, and social inclusion, ensuring that youth receive the support they need to thrive in their new environment.
